This month’s challenge is a full body workout with a twist. You have 3 and a half minutes to complete the exercises below:

  • 250m row
  • 20 press ups (females can complete with knees on the floor)
  • 20 bodyweight squats

The idea is you must complete all 3 in the order given, within the time frame. You then see how many rounds you can complete before you can no longer complete the circuit within the allocated time. The quicker you finish all 3 exercises the more rest time you have before beginning the next round.

For example if you finish all 3 exercises in 3 minutes you have 30 seconds to rest before beginning the next round. If you finish all 3 exercises in 3 and a half minutes you have to begin the next circuit immediately.

Record how many times you are able to complete the circuit.
