The challenge:

The aim of our October Fitness Challenge is to jump as far as you can from a standing position. This challenge is all about explosive power – and it’s crucial you give it your all.

The details:

Your distance will be recorded by the member of staff on duty and you will be given three attempts. It goes without saying that the longest jump is the distance that will be recorded.

Up for the challenge? The resident with the winning score will be announced at the end of the month, so  you have until October the 31st to log your score.

Good luck, and make the most of your three attempts!
