There are so many fitness gadgets and apps in the market nowadays to keep track of your healthy nutritional needs. Take MY FITNESS PAL for example, a clever free app that keeps an eye on all the calories you consume, tracks macros and has a very accurate bank of shop bought products and restaurant meals.
It’s very good especially if you are just starting out and learning the difference between foods groups like protein, carbs, and fats.
My all-time favorite gadget though is a Fitbit or any fitness monitor watch; available for everyone with cheaper options and more expensive ones that track your steps, your activities, heart rate and even your sleep patterns. It helps to keep you motivated and accountable as you can share your results with your team and challenge them to be fitter and healthier.
