Give your body some healthy nutrients before you head out the door with this amazing smoothie recipe. It’s simple to put together and tastes great. Give it a go!
1 large apple
1 cup of spinach
1 small cucumber
1/2 cup of mixed berries
1/2 cup mineral water
1) Extract the juice of the apple and lemon
2) Carefully wash the vegetables, peel the cucumber and prepare the berries
3) Add the fresh juice, water, fruits and green leaves to the blender and mix well
4) If it’s a real hot day add some ice to crush, and feel your thirst being quenched!
