This year the team at motive8 joined in and celebrated National Fitness Day on Wednesday 25th September 2019 with a number of events to celebrate and support the day.

motive8 is always keen to raise awareness of the many benefits of fitness and how important regular physical exercise helps every one of us lead healthier and active lifestyles.

Shawn Mullix, motive8’s Personal Training Manager kick started the campaign with a Bootcamp lunchtime session on the 25th, which resulted in a great lunchtime motivational session for all those based at the Teddington Head Office.

Other activities included a plank challenge, office based wall sit challenge and the popular muscular endurance challenge – this encouraged a lot of healthy competition and got teams both at Head Office and across their manned gym and spa sites active!

It was a great opportunity for all team members across the different departments to highlight the role physical activity plays in their life and what fitness means to them.
