Adam and Farad, from the motive8 Coaching Team, recently did a brilliant job of representing the company with a very smart stand at the World of Work Careers Fair.

Organised by social enterprise Achieving for Children and held at Harlequins Rugby Stadium in Twickenham, the event saw over 1,000 local pupils visit to speak to prospective employers from a range of industries.

The motive8 Coaching Team were specifically promoting apprenticeship and internship opportunities within the department to local students.

Coaching Supervisor Adam Field completed his apprenticeship with motive8 (via Richmond College) six years ago, and is a passionate advocate for such initiatives.

“Apprenticeships are the way forward, and they aren’t just for those who haven’t achieved the required GCSE grades, as you can now progress from level 2 all the way up to foundation degree,” he says.

“I’ve progressed up the ladder within the coaching department and I am now Coaching Supervisor”.

Adam and the coaching team look forward to welcoming and nurturing more apprentices and interns at motive8 in years to come.
