Here are a few quick fire points on food and nutrition:

1. Eggs are one of the best and most convenient sources of protein, both preparation and cost wise

7. 1 ounce of flaxseed oil (about 250mg) contains over 15,000mg of heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids
8. Turkey, fish and cheese have the highest protein-to-calorie ratio
9. Ginger can reduce muscle pain post-workout by up to 25%
