These spiced oat biscuits are so easy to make, packed with protein filled nuts and are dairy and gluten free!


  • 75g ground hazlenuts
  • 75g ground almonds
  • 75g ground pecans
  • 75g ground oats
  • 75g rolled oats
  • 1tsp ginger
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 50g coconut sugar/brown sugar
  • 1 egg or a vegan alternative to bind


  1. Heat the oven to 190 degress
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Roll into balls and flatten to disc shapes – you can either make big or little ones it’s up to you!
  4. Space out on a lined baking tray
  5. Bake for 20 mins or until golden
  6. Remove and cool on a cooling rack
