On Friday 17th November, Nick Sadler and Kim Mead from motive8’s Gym Design team attended the WhatHouse Awards 2017. As one of the property calendar’s most prestigious events, we went along in support of a number of clients who were up for awards. The evening was hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall alongside rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio.

Our table was made up of Reade Signs, who produce all our site signage, Cornflake, who provide all our AV services, Oracle Group, specialists in property PR, alongside guests from both Linden Homes and Peabody.

Berkeley Homes were once again front runners in awards, taking gold in the Best Large Housebuilder category as well as the coveted Housebuilder of the Year award. Woodberry Down, where motive8 have installed two gyms and fully manage the spa, also won gold for Best Partnership Scheme whilst One Tower Bridge, again with a Health Club fully-managed by motive8, won gold for Best Mixed Use Development.

Lombard Wharf by Baratt London, who received their motive8 gym earlier this year, took silver in the Best Exterior Design category whilst Dollar Bay by developer Mount Anvil, which also boasts a motive8 installed gym, won gold for the Best Luxury Development,

It was a great event and really interesting to see what is being acheived across the residential proeprty market. Congrats to all the winners!
