Our brief Located in the South-Western part of Manchester City Centre, Crown Street is a beautifully designed luxury development offering residents the best that money can buy. Residents of the contemporary apartments can enjoy outstanding amenities including a 20m swimming pool located on the 44th floor , the highest residential pool in the UK, as well as a state-of-the-art gymnasium and mezzanine-level fitness studio offering amazing views of the city.
motive8’s involvement with this Renaker development began with consulting on the layout of the gym space and were then instructed to supply the equipment and project manage the installation phase.
We opted for Technogym equipment, with all cardio machines benefitting from the latest touch screen technology. This was complemented by an extensive range of Technogym’s strength equipment including racks, dumbbell sets and benches.
motive8’s expertise in the customer journey ensures that the design and layout of the gymnasium and fitness studio provides residents with a truly bespoke space to train, workout and participate in a wide range of yoga and HIIT classes.
Residents now enjoy access to a full suite of health, fitness and wellbeing facilities including a fitness/training studio, swimming pool, sauna and experience showers.
motive8 has also been retained to provide full-time management and staffing of the entire spa facility to ensure the smooth running, compliance and health and safety of all health and fitness amenities. This includes delivering onsite fitness services such as inductions for all new residents and personal training services too. motive8 also maintain the gym and pool maintenance on an ongoing basis.
